Refund policy

RETURNS:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@ledex.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Can I just send the item back?
No, you need to contact our Customer Service Team at help@ledex.co.uk before you send anything back. They need to check that it can be returned or if they can simply credit your account.
If you return it without first notifying Customer Service, the item may be returned to you, incurring an extra delivery cost which will be on your own costs.
What we will take back.
• Any item is unused and in its original condition.
• Any item which, under proper use, develops a defect.
• Any item that has been damaged in transit to you.
• Any item sent to you in error by LEDEX.
How long you have, to let us know.
Please ensure that upon delivery you have received your full order in an acceptable condition before signing for it. You have 2 working days from the date of delivery to let us know if you have received a damaged delivery. You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to inform us if we have made an error with your order or an item is faulty. You cannot return an item if you notify us outside of this timeframe.
What you will need to do if you want to return an item to LEDEX.
1. Check that it fits the criteria for which you can return an item.
2. Contact our Customer Service Team on help@ledex.co.uk. They will ask you a few questions to determine how best to deal with your return. If it is eligible and must be returned, our Customer Service Team will send you a Returns Docket to attach to the item when you send it back.
3. Send the item back with the Returns Docket attached within 7 working days of the return being logged.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
What we need from you.
• Your item needs to be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
• It needs to be suitably packaged up for return to us by the courier.
• If it is damaged, please notify us and provide supporting photographs within 2 working days of receiving the item.
We will process the return and if you are eligible for a refund or credit note we will issue it within 15 working days.
SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from refunded amount.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Some items are non-returnable. These include:
• Any item that does not have a returns docket attached to it.
• Anything ordered especially for you that we do not hold as standard stock.
• Anything ordered from SALE collection.
• Any items ordered by the metre (unless an error has been made by LEDEX).
EXCHANGES:
If the item you purchased is defective or damaged, you may exchange it for the same item. Please, send us an email at help@ledex.co.uk.
WE WARRANT THAT THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
