This website is provided by Ledex Lighting UK Limited for your convenience, and it presents information provided for your guidance, some from third parties. We cannot accept any liability for the accuracy of such information, and your use of it is not a substitute for your personal or professional judgement and reasonable skill and care.

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment details and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised use. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your computer. Ledex Lighting UK Limited reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Copyright and Database Rights

All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Ledex Lighting UK Limited, its affiliates or its content suppliers and is protected by Irish and international copyright and database right laws. You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents of the website without Ledex Lighting UK Limited's express written consent.

3. Our Contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from Ledex Lighting UK Limited via www.ledex.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. This is an automatically created email that simply confirms the details that we have received from you. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. This is accepted by us when we send a further e-mail order acknowledgement (with acknowledgement document attached). Acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Acknowledgement e-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in an Acknowledgement e-mail do not form part of that contract.

4. Prices

The prices published in www.ledex.co.uk are in Pound Streling and are valid except typographical error. All prices of direct sales to the public carry the VAT included applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be applied automatically to the prices of the products for sale.

The prices shown on the website are per unit of product (unless otherwise stated in the name of the product).

Offers on products for sale on www.ledex.co.uk will be shown in the SALE section or will be indicated on the product card and, if not stated otherwise, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

5. Payment Methods

When making the order, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases by: Credit / Debit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

5.1 Bank Transfer is not an automated process. In case the customer chooses bank transfer as a payment method, he is responsible for making it outside the website system. The process is as follows:

-          We are sending first email: Order Number confirmed.

-          We are sending second email: Expected payment by Bank Transfer, containing our bank account details: the account number, bank name, and any relevant reference or payment code.

-          Customers initiate the bank transfer using the provided account information.

-          Once the payment has been made, customer must notify us by replying to the Second email with the transaction details (such as transaction ID or a screenshot of the payment confirmation) to facilitate order processing.

-          We promptly verify the payment and proceed with the order fulfilment process.

6. Products

The offers submitted by www.ledex.co.uk are valid within the limit of available stocks. Ledex Lighting reserves the right to modify the product assortment depending on the availability in supply chain.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not commit the seller Ledex Lighting in any way.

7. Taxes and Duties

When ordering goods from Ledex Lighting UK Limited via www.ledex.co.uk for delivery outside UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes and clearance charges, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. We have no control over these charges.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
