Shipping policy

Goods ordered from www.ledex.co.uk are despatched under the following terms and conditions:

ORDER PROCESSING:

1.      Payment is made in advance when the order is placed.

2.      Goods remain the property of the seller until received by the buyer and full payment confirmed.

3.      The products purchased will be shipped to the person and to the address indicated in the order.

4.      Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment is received. All orders received before 11am on a working day are processed and shipped the same day, and the rest are held for the next working day.

5.      Delivery time takes 2 to 3 working days after shipment. The tracking number will be automatically sent to the customer email.

6.      Orders are accepted for execution at prices current at the date of purchase.

7.      On Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays there will be no shipping, nor delivery of orders for transportation reasons. Notwithstanding its delay will not imply or cancel the order or compensation.

8.      An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer address.  It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

9.      Claims for losses or shortages must be made within three working days of the delivery date.

10.  No goods shall be returned without prior agreement and a returns number.

STORE PICKUP:

We don't offer a pickup option. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Local delivery is available for addresses within 45 miles of our warehouse in NI and orders amount above £200. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders for local delivery will be delivered within 3 working days. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1 working day. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders depending of the total weight of ordered products. Applicable delivery options are visible at the checkout. All orders above £1000 are shipping for FREE.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently do not ship to countries outside of the UK.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@ledex.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
